Highgate Veterinary Clinic Farm Contracts

Click here to download our farm services and contracts leaflet

Our farm contracts encourage successful working partnerships between farmers and ourselves, and the benefits over traditional arrangements are plentiful.

Traditional 'reactive' veterinary work represents the worst case loss / loss situation for the farmer; firstly you bear the cost of lost production of a sick animal, then you get a vet's bill for the same animal at the end of the month.
Our contracts work to reverse this situation, and in recognition of the fact that all farms are different we offer a choice of ways to pay for services and medicines to suit individual requirements.

Our Gold Contract clients for example get a veterinary service focused on maximising their farm income. Farm profits are improved by putting more emphasis on disease prevention and health planning reducing expenditure on sick animals which have already lost potential production. The regular, evenly spread payments assist with farm cash flow, and there are no extra charges for more specialised work such as mastitis investigations. Medicines are cheaper too!
