Pet Health Club

Highgate Vets now offer a Pet Health Club which is a money saving plan to spread the cost of routine, essential preventative treatments for cats, dogs and rabbits. There are no minimum or maximum ages for the pets and so everyone is welcome to join. The Club membership entitles the pet and owner to a full range of benefits including vaccinations, anti-parasite treatment, a microchip or £15 voucher, nail clipping and many discounts including neutering, selected long term medications, dental procedures and plenty more! See the dropdown menus below to see what would be included for your pet.

The plan offers fantastic peace of mind as the benefits mean that you can be sure that your pet is receiving the best possible preventative healthcare for a predictable, monthly cost. You will even receive text or email reminders when your pet is due a flea and tick or worm treatment!

To join, you can complete a simple form at either of our clinics, where the staff members will be happy to help. Once you become a member and pay the initial instalment in person, the fixed monthly cost is paid by direct debit, allowing easier budgeting of routine healthcare.

The money you save by being a member will vary each year as some elements will only happen once in your pets life e.g. neutering but the more you use it, the more you save due to the available discounts on food, toys and lots more!

Following the registration of one pet to the scheme, each additional pet would be entitled to reduced cost membership, at £1 per month less than usual.

If you would like more information, call us during our opening hours on 01539 721344 (Highgate) or 01539 887988 (Beezon Road), or pop in to ask and pick up a leaflet.

Cancellation

The Pet Health Club membership is valid for one year following registration. If you wish to cancel at any time before the year is completed you will be required to pay the outstanding amount for any treatment received at the full list price or if payment is monthly, the direct debit fee pro rata until the anniversary date, whichever is the lower. You must give at least one month’s notice of your wish to terminate your Pet Health Club membership. You will be advised of your last direct debit.
