Practice Reception and Waiting Room
Our reception and waiting room has a light, warm and friendly atmosphere. Air conditioning keeps you and your pets comfortable while you’re waiting to see the vet.

Receptionists and nurses are always available to welcome you and help with any queries. They can always find the time to discuss your pet’s needs and problems.

All of your animals’ clinical notes are kept on computer so that their records can be quickly recalled to make appointments or repeat prescriptions.

The receptionists are happy to advise you on the best products for your pets.

There is a colour catalogue and price list at reception for a wide range of other products which we can order for you. Your items will be delivered the next day and can be collected from reception.

Our display board and window displays are regularly updated to contain relevant helpful information on looking after your pets.

Here is our recent "Fears, Phobias and Fireworks information" noticeboard - the same information appears on our Fears and Phobias information Sheet

The weighing scales are situated in the reception area and we encourage our clients to regularly weigh their pets to ensure they are not getting too thin or fat. Again these weights are recorded on computer.
