Before moving to this area I lived in Norfolk where I had a part time job as a veterinary receptionist. I have also worked as a dog beautician, washing, grooming and trimming all breeds of dog, and have volunteered at a cat sanctuary.

I joined the team at Highgate in April 2009. As a receptionist I answer the telephone, book appointments, greet clients and help clients with queries. I also prepare repeat prescriptions and do some paper work, filing and booster reminders. I enjoy all aspects of my job, especially having the opportunity to meet all the clients and pets. 

When not at work, I enjoy walking my dog Bouncer, especially in the Lakes. I like to spend time in the countryside and garden, paying a special interest in the wildlife and birds that visit.
